That was my favorite takeaway from the book, 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘈𝘭𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘰𝘧 𝘕𝘢𝘷𝘢𝘭 𝘙𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘬𝘢𝘯𝘵
I finished the book a couple of months ago on Audible.
