I've wanted to start a podcast for several years, and it seems like the right time.

Iโ€™ve wanted to start a podcast for several years, and it seems like the right time.

The show will be an extension of my brand/business.

I started with something about potential and finding your full potential. After searching, I saw a lot there already, and it seemed too dull.

Then, a few weeks ago, I talked to my friend, Matt Fried, about the masks that we wear. He said thatโ€™s the 3rd time youโ€™ve brought up masks, so that could be a possibility for your show.

I thought he was onto something and searched podcasts with unmaking, and that took me to True Crime and catching killers.

I figured that was not where I wanted to live, so I kept thinking about it and remembered one of my favorite Who songs, The Real Me.

It is still focused on finding your potential but also on moving closer to the most authentic version of yourself, trying to wear as few masks as possible.

---> Iโ€™ve recorded 4 episodes so far, and each one has been longer than the previous recording.

At some point, that has to end, right?

Each recording has been so much fun. I want to record two or three per week!

EP 1 debuts tomorrow with my friend Kristi Mitchell. She was so kind to say yes to my first invite, and we had a great conversation about her digital marketing business, how to use your strengths, being authentic, and finding work you love.

EP 2 debuts on March 15, and each episode will appear every two weeks. Iโ€™m not completely sold on this artwork youโ€™ll see in the picture, but itโ€™s the best Iโ€™ve come up with. Weโ€™ll see.

I hope those who listen like it, and I welcome any feedback. Good, bad, and everything in between.

-> Change your Approach. -> Change your Outcome.
